Nestor Quintero Mora: Speaker at AFARM Americas 2021

GMI Global has a pleasure to announce Mr. Nestor Quintero Mora as a Speaker at AFARM Americas 2021.

Nestor Quintero Mora is a chemistry and materials expert at CEMEX, with a special focus on product Technology and Innovation. Nestor joined CEMEX Mexico in 1998, leading Quality Assurance topics for 10 years where he had the chance to standardize Cement Quality in all CEMEX Mexico Plants. In this period CEMEX obtained official certification for all Cement products. In 2011 he received an invitation to collaborate with CEMEX Research Group in Switzerland where he changed his position from Quality Assurance to Technology Deployment and product innovation. Nestor has participated in numerous optimization initiatives in cement operations and Due-Diligence processes in Mexico, Philippines, Latvia, Panama, Spain, United Kingdom, among others before finally moving to back to Mexico to collaborate at CEMEX Global Operations & Technology.

Currently Nestor has been appointed as the Head of the Global Quality & Chemistry at CEMEX with the specific aim to foster knowledge transfer and innovation across CEMEX.
